JAPAN EXIT IN WORLD CUP

exit of world cup becuse of rules ??
we never get to know why, or if we would go to next round ?
Thanks to one match, with audience editing ball.
And a referee that acceptet editing, and just let the game go on even one team lost the ball to the other.
We sorry we diden't know about, how a complain had to be delivered in.
but it should be inform better.
on our complain, this was the answere we got.
1, japan as less strong player, then the other team . so we would sure lose the match. Complain dissmised.
Asked them to look again on complain and answere was :
1. complain has to be done during match time, not in december month ( 30 min after match end, was to late for them and in december allready)
2. ref said it was lag, even everyone could see it was editing ( and player shoutet editing, not anything about lag at all. if it was lag i belive we should change field. after ball was totaly stuck in our penalty area, on everyone trying to kick it. And penalty against japan. We diden't edit it, and that it become 4v1 on a edit ball is no wounder at all. but referee did a extream bad work, just bad wc staff that also was ref. don't se own mistakes).
3. Audience is acceptet, even they postet before it was not allowed.
4. chatting is allowe, not shouting.
and a lot more...... makes us wounder why we in world cup, if the team with strongest player will win any complain.
Or is it friendship bettwen world cup and some people in sf, that is stronger then then obevesly rules.
make us feel, world cup and ref made the result on the match.
We thanks for the oportunity , to play in world cup.
And congratulate Russia and italy on promotion to next round.
