Win, lesson and new structures
Am Montag war es so weit, nach etwas längerer WM Pause und als Vorbereitung auf das bald folgende wichtige Gruppenspiel im ICT Cup trat unser Team in einem Freundschaftsspiel beim FC Dragons an.
Das Magische Dreieck mit Jermaine, Manni und Shadow wollte in diesem Spiel seine gute Form wieder beweisen.
Auch Schatty und Francesco waren nach Spielpause wieder dabei, so dass wir fast in Bestbesetzung antreten konnten.
Nach kurzem Training und etwas Taktik ging es dann zum Platz der Dragons, wo uns 5 Gegner und kein Torwart erwarteten.
Schnell einige Unregi dazu und los ging es ohne TW.
Nach einiger Zeit opferte sich dann der FVG Neuling Fabii und ging bei den Dragons ins Tor.
Das er darin wenig Erfahrung hat merkte man schnell und es fiel ein Tor nach dem anderem.
Dragons hielten gut dagegen, trotzdem ging das Spiel relativ deutlich mit 18-1 an uns.
Erwähnenswert ist noch Fabii mit dem Tor des Spiels, als er als TW einen sicheren Ball ins eigene Tor grätschte :).
Unserer erfolgreichsten Schützen waren Manni mit 3 Toren, Skotti mit 2, Jermaine mit 6 und Shadow mit 5 Toren.
Ein Dank nochmal an Dragons,die immer ein fairer und guter Gegner sind.
Nun wollten wir uns den großen Gegnern messen lassen und versuchten unser Glück am gestrigen Abend gegen Rapid Wien.
Das Team konnte fast in Bestbesetzung auftreten und auch im Training waren fast alle da, um für uns das große Spiel zu bestreiten.
Zur Überraschung sind wir mit 1:0 in Führung gegangen und wir konnten die ersten Minuten sehr gut gegenhalten.
Aber nach etwa 7 Minuten spielte Rapid Wien ihre ganze Klasse aus und gingen mit einer 6:1 Führung in die Halbzeit.
In der zweiten Halbzeit konnten wir deutlich besser gegenhalten, dennoch dominierten die Mannschaft aus Wien in deutlich besserem Zweikampfverhalten und Passspiel.
Das Spiel wurde somit mit 2:10 verloren und wir nehmen dies als Lehrstunde mit, um uns weiterzuentwickeln.
Wir danken Rapid Wien für das Spiel, das von beiden Seiten mit Fairplay geprägt war.
Unter der Woche gab Leinad Carpaccio der Mannschaft bekannt, dass er als Präsident und Trainer zurücktritt. Leinad dazu: "Mit Lutz war von anfang an abgesprochen, das ich Präsident nur auf Zeit bin und den Verein im Gesamten wieder stabilisiere. Wir spielen guten Fußball, sind an einem Turnier dabei und haben die Quantität der Spieler voll im Soll. Die gesteckten Ziele wurden somit erreicht und ich kann mich als Spieler zurücklehnen." Das heißt, Lutz Siemens ist somit alleiniger Präsident und vorerst Interimstrainer.
