Welcome to World Football League, this is a league based for all the teams around in the world. Our league have Ferrari as head sponsor.
We want a fair league, with no alts and no cheaters. Our main goal is to have a league where everyone can enjoy, but a fair one.

Update v1.2 of Rules Book
As some of the rules slightly inflict the gameplay, we will look onto the rules that are changed or added in this update. Let's start from the beginning:
02.01 HUD and prims

- "Players must also remove any floating text( title ) if they are using one." was added.
04.05 Choosing Team Representatives

- This rule was simplified, chosen Team representatives don't have to have "Coach" and "Captain" in their group titles. The Team just tell the names of two persons who speaks for the Team to the referee.
05.06 Extra time

- Time spent waiting was added as a reason for extra time.
06.03 Player / Goalkeeper crash

- "Referee should add the time spent by waiting as an extra time." was added
Originally the referee should stop the time while waiting, now it is simplified so the time spent waiting will be added as extra time.
06.05 Kick-off

- "There is NO SECOND TOUCH rule( i.e. Second player from same team required to touch the ball before the opposition can take the ball )" was added
We never had a second touch rule, so we noted it in the rule, to remove any doubts.
06.06 Free Kicks

- "When the ball after the kick ends up in the goal of kicker's team and the kicker is the last player that touched the ball( so no-one other touched it ), the goal doesn't count. The play is restarted with a goalkick from the kicker's goal."
The yellow ball mode( when the player click the orange ball and is about to pass/kick ) is sometime not responding as You expect, because of this:
OWN GOAL SCORED FROM FREE KICK OR GOALKICK IS NOT COUNTED, and the play is restarted as goalkick.
06.10 Goal kick

- "There is no need of referee allowing the kick by “GO”, it is up the kicker, when he will do the kick."
- "When the ball after the kick ends up in the goal of kicker's team and the kicker is the last player that touched the ball( so no-one other touched it ), the goal doesn't count. The play is restarted with a goalkick from the kicker's goal."
No "GO" required to perform the kick, to speed up play( and ease for Referee )
and again:
OWN GOAL SCORED FROM FREE KICK OR GOALKICK IS NOT COUNTED, and the play is restarted as goalkick.
06.11 Goalkeeper's ball

The goalkeeper is in protection, so no attacker can attack him,:
* when he have ball in his hands, and also:
* for 10 seconds after he drops the ball to his feet.
* for 10 seconds when system fails and the GK can't catch the ball to his hands and an attacker was the last that touched the ball.
* for 10 seconds the goalkeeper is not registered on GK's position( i.e. he substituted GK ) and an attacker was the last that touched the ball.
While the goalkeeper has the ball and is in protection the attackers must go out from penalty area.
After the 10 seconds of protection any attacker can enter penalty area and attack the goalkeeper to take the ball from him, even by slide tackle.
When any attacker takes ball from a goalkeeper, by slide tackle or not, while he is in protection, free kick is given to the goalkeeper's team. However when the goalkeeper stands in goal area while the attacker do slide tackle on him, the referee can sanction the player by Yellow card.

This is a new rule, to clarify when the goalkeeper is in protection an ball cannot be stolen from him.
Now we are at the fundamental update of all the rules:
06.04 Fouls & Sanctions

Player can be sanctioned by a Red card and sent off the field when/for:
"playing in match un-registered"

Un-registered player in match:
* when un-registered player affects the play( causes throw-in, corner, goalkick, goal or commits faul ), he is issued Red card and sent-off the field immediately.
* WFL Staff will inspect the case of use of unregistered player after end of the match to see if the team used Player under contract.
* note: Only his Team, not the Player, receives one match suspension for the Red card, see rule 07.01 Team and Player match suspension, Exception 1

We changed the way we will deal with unregistered players during match. Now the player will be issued by a red card and sent off the field, so his Team will play in one less players on field.
We had to change the whole Red Card penalty system we have now, this reflects the 07.01 rule:

07.01 Team and Player match suspension

* a) Player match suspension
o Each Yellow card player receives during match is counted. When a player receives his third Yellow card, he is sanctioned by one match suspension and his Yellow card count is voided.
o For every Red card player receives, he is sanctioned by one match suspension.
o The suspension sanction takes place in the next league match.
o The Team must register the suspended Player into the match formation, even when he is not present on the field, so the Team have one less player to use in the match.
o The suspended Player is not allowed to play in the match, nor enter the field of play, he must sit on bench through the whole match.
o note: Match suspension of player is referenced as “Player match suspension”.
* b) Team match suspension
o For each Player match suspension, the Team is also penalised with match suspension.
o The suspension sanction takes place in the next league match.
o The Team must play with one less player on field during whole match.( so instead of 9 players, the team will play with 8 etc. )
o Suspensions for the Team are countable, so when Team have two suspensions, it must play with two less players on field.
o note: Match suspension of team is referenced as “Team match suspension”.
e1) Exception: Use of unregistered Player during match:
* see rule 06.04 Fouls & Sanctions
* When Team is found using unregistered player during match, the Player is issued with Red Card and sent off immediately, however the Player is not sanctioned with Player match suspension, only his Team is sanctioned with Team match suspension, as non-registering a player is fault of the Team, not the player.
Match suspentions and Yellow cards count follows the player even when he changes team. Cup and League sanctions are separated and are not interchangeable.

Red cards( or collected Yellow Cards ) suspensions are now separated in two distinct suspensions:
Player Suspension:
- When player receives Red card( or collects three Yellow Cards ), he is penalized with one match suspension. ALSO his Team is penalised with Team Suspension.
- Player can't enter the field in the next league match, so he cannot play in that match.
- The Suspension takes place in the next league match, the Player's Team play. The Player is not required to be present on the match but he must be registered in formation. After this match, the Player is free to play again.
- Team is penalized too, because the Player doesn't have too play in next match, so then the penalty would be useless.
Team Suspension:
- The Team is suspended, when Player receives Red Card, or collect three Yellow Cards, or when penalized by WFL Staff.
- The Team will play in one less Players on field in the next league match the Team plays.( i.e. in 8 players instead of 9 ).
- Suspensions are countable, so the Team can play even in two, three, .. less Players
Note: The suspended Player cannot play when he is present and still the Team must play in one less player too.
This way we make sure, the penalty is fair, and cannot be just skipped when the Player will not be present.
